Buying an Arbesko is not like buying just any shoe. It is a promise of sustainability, quality and responsibility — directly from our factory in Kumla. That's why we offer up to three years warranty on our safety shoes with PU sole and leather upper. A promise no one else in the industry matches.
Our products therefore have a warranty of up to three years against manufacturing and material defects.
Validity period
- 3 years from the date of purchase for all certified leather shoes with PU material/nitrile rubber.
- 1 year from the date of purchase of the other models.
(Current list of models can be found on our website.)
This covers the warranty
The warranty applies in normal professional use and covers confirmed defects in materials and workmanship, such as:
- Upper (leather/textile), seams and reinforcements
- Toe cap and nail tread guard (mechanical failure)
- Midsole/outsole (material cracks, delamination)
- Bonding, edges, zippers and BOA components
This does not cover the warranty
Warranty applies not for:
- Normal wear and tear during use (e.g. wear on sole, lining or material).
- Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, lack of maintenance or carelessness.
- Use in environments outside the specified resistance of the product (chemicals, temperatures).
- Modifications to the shoe (e.g. replacement of insoles that are not certified).
- External damage (cuts, machine damage, heat damage) unrelated to material defects.
Conditions for the validity of the guarantee
- A receipt or invoice must be presented.
- Shoes must be purchased through an authorized retailer.
- Care advice should be followed: clean, dry at room temperature, care for leather with recommended products.
- Store in a dry and ventilated place, not in a humid/hot environment.
- Use the product in the right environment, according to the labeling and product sheet.
- In the case of ESD shoes: ensure proper ESD environment as well as full, clean insoles and socks.

- Contact your dealer or Arbesko's customer service.
- Attach receipt/invoice and document the fault with photos (whole shoe, close-up photos of the fault, label).

- Credit corresponding to the purchase price/net price.
