Innovation is at the heart of everything we do. For us, it's not just about creating new products, but about constantly improving the working life of those who wear our safety footwear every day. Through close collaboration with professionals and a deep understanding of their needs, we develop solutions that make a real difference.

We develop everything in Kumla – and verify it in the field. The starting point is ergonomics and real-world use: data and feedback from professionals who stand, walk, lift and climb throughout their shifts. The goal is to reduce strain on the feet, knees and back while increasing safety and uptime.

Arbesko develops protective and work shoes of the highest quality, designed for comfort and safety in demanding environments. With roots in Swedish craftsmanship and innovation, they create sustainable shoes that last — every working day.

Where craftsmanship meets future technology

At Arbesko, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create safety footwear that lasts longer, protects better and makes the working day easier.Challenging what safety footwear can be is part of our DNA. We are constantly working to reduce weight, improve fit and develop technical solutions that make a real difference – from cushioning and nail penetration protection to ergonomics and material selection.

Each model is tested where it is actually used: on concrete floors and steel stairs, in rain, slush, ice and heat – and verified with advanced rig tests, including our Swedish ice grip test.

We choose components that last

Every part of an Arbesko shoe is selected to withstand extreme real-world environments. We use the same materials that are tested in racing, the defence industry and mountaineering – to ensure durability, protection and comfort in all situations.

We build with proven components for the right task:
• Super 8™ full-grain leather for durability and breathability
• Michelin® Extreme Grip or our own Nordic rubber compound for a secure grip in cold conditions
• Nitrile rubber that can withstand up to 300 °C in hot environments
• Woolpower wool and PrimaLoft® Bio™ for warmth and insulation

BOA® solutions, ESD performance and textile nail protection are integrated without compromising fit and mobility. The result is footwear built from materials that last – as long as the promise we make.
