Safety toe cap AL
The protective toe cap made of light, strong aluminium – rather than steel – saves 100 g per pair of shoes, while also giving better balance in the shoe. Protects toes against falling objects to 200 Joules and compression to 15000 Newton, in accordance with EN 345/EN ISO 20345.
Oil-resistant
The sole is oil-resistant and withstands chemical contact well.
Energy absorption
Energy-absorbent sole which provides good spring.
Anti-static
The soles have discharging properties. Resistance between 100 kOhm and 1000 MOhm, in accordance with EN 345.
ESD
The soles have discharging properties, a resistance under 35 MOhm, and comply with the demands of the Swedish National Testing and Research Institute, the Swedish Engineering Industry and IEC 61340-5-1.
Energy Gel
Energy Gel is placed in the heel of the shoe, and is specially designed to produce optimum effect. The cushion is pressed together by the force of the step, thereby absorbing the shock. In addition to highly effective shock absorption, Energy Gel also gives some of the energy and ‘lifting power’ back when reverting to its original shape.
Smartec® Air
A newly developed soft, comfortable functional material in two layers. Used as a lining in several of our shoes. Channels sewn in to effectively wick moisture and heat away from the foot.
Poliyou®
Insole made from Poliyou®, which is shock-absorbent and very comfortable. The sole breathes and helps transport the foot's moisture.
Leather uppers
Leather is the best material for shoes. It absorbs and dissipates moisture in the foot, and is soft, supple and extremely hardwearing.
EN 345-1
European standard for Safety Footwear covering basic and additional requirements for safety footwear. Requirements for toe protection (200 Joule).
SB
Meets the Basic requirements for Safety Footwear, including toe protection (impact: 200J, compression: 15000N).
Extra wide fit
The shoe has an extra wide fit, and fits broad feet without squeezing and rubbing.
Polyurethane sole, single componenet
Very good energy absorption, oil resistance and good chemical resistance. Sole pattern adapted for maximum grip.
