When Volkswagen began their search for new suppliers of safety shoes, Arbesko saw the opportunity to use this as a way to increase our presence on the European market. As we are already an official supplier to some of the largest companies in the car industry in Sweden; Saab, Scania and Volvo, we are well aware of the importance ot thinking quality all the way if you want to achieve a high quality produtct. One of the things we hope to contribute with is experience; we have 160 years of experience in the shoe industry.
Rigorous tests on quality, ergonomics and end user results narrowed the starting field of 200 aspiring suppliers down to only four. Being the only non German company in the last four is a huge achievement and we hope that Arbesko will continue to Make a Difference in Europe.
